After I quitted going to the gym, I setup my own home gym. Even though I enjoy lifting weights, I sometimes feel discomfort in my right wrist. It sometimes feel so weak, that it takes great effort lifting weights. I have been using a wrist band that helps a little, but I guess that it’s not tight enough, so the support is just not great. I really like that these orthopedic wrist braces are adjustable, that way I can adjust them to fit my comfort level. It makes lifting so much easier. I can still feel little discomfort in my wrist, but I can do so much more in terms of the different moves I perform.
