Growing up to 4045 centimetres in length, Gidgee Skinks are long-lived, low-maintenance reptiles that can become highly interactive with regular handling. Housing Requirements for Gidgee SkinksAdult Gidgee Skinks require a secure, well-ventilated enclosure of at least 120 to 150 litres. As a terrestrial species, they benefit from a setup with plenty of floor space, hides, and natural dcor such as rocks and logs. Provide a basking area with temperatures of 3236C, along with a cooler end around 2226C to allow proper thermoregulation. UVB lighting is highly recommended to support calcium metabolism and overall health. Gidgee Skink DietGidgee Skinks are omnivorous and thrive on a balanced, varied diet.
